1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Dr. Stefan Flemming (Flemming.IT – Consulting and Development), Dardanellenweg 41, 12109 Berlin, Germany. Contact: contact@flemming.it.
2. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the pages are accessed, technically necessary access data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, referrer, user agent) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner; server log files are deleted after no more than 14 days.
3. Cookies & tracking
This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any external analytics services. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin.
